Lyrics

Explaining a feeling is like explaining a color, You simply can't, you can't truly explain a feeling. Many souls have struggled with explaining a feeling, To friends, to parents, even to themselves. So how does one explain the lack of one, You may ask how can that possibly be? We've been called soulless and broken, Young and not understanding what we lack. But why should I doubt what I feel, Even if I cannot feel any feeling? You may be lost already in this ramble, But I assure you that you will understand soon. Gardens of static and roses will know how it feels, To feel the tug of their body to another tugging soul. It is this tug from one to another that drives the circle of life, But sometimes this force, this tug is nothing but a feeling. And sometimes, the gardens without grayscale flowers, They are the ones who can see past the tug. But the static gardens always say "are you broken?", "you're too young to know" and "you'll meet someone." These gardens of static can't see past their noses, as they the lack vision of color like I. Us who cannot feel the tug of life that so many others respond to, Sometimes it seems we are the least blind at all. We can see past the tug that corrupts or leads astray, Past its charms and choking orchids that often blind others. We can see all the way through to the true garden of a soul, Be it grayscale or blossoms of every spectrum. We are not blinded by the tug but we are not lamed, You may think us so but we are simply clear-sighted.
