About the way we did it is uh, first of all speaking of your influences, I think the chorus has a Kendrick influence, clearly, you know? Yes, we talked about that when we recorded it. And I- "But it would have been nice, but it would have been nice" Yeah, yeah. And I love Kendrick, but the- that's funny, I was gonna say "the difference" right where I say "the difference" but I like how most rappers in this tempo would double time the whole verse Mhm But I was like "nah lets just lay it back, slow rap" Nah, I love that y'know what I'm sayin'? I don't- It kinda goes wh- I'm just saying this now, I haven't like thought about this, but it kinda goes with the album where like, "I don't need to do that" y'know what I'm saying?
