Lyrics

I can say with a mouthful of confidence At this point, in this place, the wheels weren't even falling Off They're long gone, we left them out to dry rot somewhere North of blah blah blah Breadcrumbs, bottles, etc I thought a lot about the man I'm not before i called you And died Insidea patch of woods that we once stood on the edge of And laughed till we blacked out And so we vowed to end it then In a drugged and drunken haze In spite of everything that happened It was a pretty perfect day I can say with a mouthful of hindsight The moment that we blacked out you stayed awake and Looked Around at the resulting fallout Strung out and sprawled out Disheartened, let down And if you had said to me then, the words that you're Screaming the vitriol you're spewing now I would have spent more time pissing all over your house Instead you filled me with caffeine Smiled and waved goodbye Just so you know i passed out laughing Finding out i wrecked your night Guess what? The next day we had a pitch perfect set Under influences of substances i did with my influences Laughed at your expense and shed my regret Cut a portion of my toe off and painted the pavement red Patched that shit up and guzzled a shot that i didn't have To pay for, somebody sought me out He thought the bass i threw into the Soca earlier was Kinda legit So call off the goddamn mob Guess what? This ain't my job And you're not my goddamn boss We had a marvelous time ruining everything So call off the goddamn mob Guess what? This ain't my job
