Lyrics

BOTH: Paper, scissors, rock. I win. Lucky. It's your lucky day, kids. Look what I just bought. What is it? A water slide! BOTH: Hooray! (THUMP!) Good to go, Lila. Good to go, Bingo. Good to go, me. (LAUGHS) Whoa! There you go. (BINGO AND LILA SQUEAL) Have fun, squirts. (THUMP!) This episode of Bluey is called Slide. BINGO: Watch me, Lila. OK. Whoo! (LAUGHS) (BOTH LAUGH) Yah! Whoo! Whaa! (LAUGHS) Whoo-hoo! We are the luckiest kids in the world! Let's go down together. Ready? Ready. BOTH: Let's go! Whoo! (BOTH LAUGH) Oh, no! Stop! Stop! What? Why? Just stop! OK. BOTH: Rrrrr! Why did we stop? There's a leaf bug in the way. Aw! She's so cute. You have to be more careful, Leaficus. You're lucky we didn't squash you. I'll move her off the slide. Come on, little fella. OK. You can go, Lila. Hooray. Bye, Leaficus. Oh, wait. Stop! Hey, what? Whaa! Ooh... It's a ladybird. Ooh, I love ladybirds. We can't squish them. Come on, ladybird. Hey. Now there's an ant on the slide. Bingo, can we squish ants? Well, I don't like them as much as ladybirds, but I still don't think we should squish them. Me neither. Come on. Oh, there's another one. What are we gonna do? Ooh, I know. If we make walls, the little bugs won't be able to get over them. Oh, yeah. (LAUGHS) There. Lucky you're so smart, Lila. (BOTH LAUGH, CHEER) Oh! Grasshoppers can fly?! I can't stop! (SQUEALS) Whew. That was close. Yeah, grasshopper. You're lucky Bingo can fly too. The walls aren't working. The bugs just fly over them. BOTH: Ahh! Bingo, what if we just close our eyes and slide down? What would that do? Well, we wouldn't see if we squished any bugs. Mmm...I'm not sure about that. Should we just try it? OK. Here I come. Bingo! Look out! Ahh! BOTH: Oof! (LAUGHS) That didn't work. Well, lucky it didn't. Look. Whoa. He's all rainbowy. I don't think we can waterslide at all. This isn't fair, little bugs! They can't understand you. I know. We definitely can't squish them, can we? My nana squishes bugs. Mine, too. But my mum doesn't. Neither does mine. She says they have a mummy and a daddy who would miss them. But we can't just not slide. I think we're unlucky and it's the bugs that are lucky. Can bugs be lucky? Well, they're lucky my nana isn't here. Ooh, I know. What? How about one person slides down slowly and checks for bugs? And if there was no bugs, she yells "No bugs!" And then the other person can slide down. Yeah. And pretend it's a job. Yeah. Bug inspector. (LAUGHS) OK. I'll go first. Off you go, bug inspector. Oop. Bug. Bug's gone! Good one bug inspector. OK. No bugs. Go, Bingo. Quickly. OK. Whoo! (LAUGHS) Thanks, bug inspector. Your turn. And go! Hee-hee! No bugs. Wait! Ooh, a caterpillar. Lila, come and see. Wow. He's so beautiful. You're lucky we have a bug inspector, Mr Caterpillar. Yeah. Or you... DAD: Make way! BOTH: Huh? Whoo-hoo-hoo! Ah! Stop! Can't stop the big blue guy! Dad! No! Move Mr Caterpillar! I'm trying! Whoo! Yeah! Ho-ho! Hurry up, Bingo. He's not getting on. Yah-ha-ha! Quick! Grab the wall! Whoo-hoo! Hey. What? What are you doing? Ah! Oh! Phew! That was close. What was that about? You have to wait for the bug inspector. I don't know that is. There you go, little fella. Bye. BOTH: Paper, scissors, rock. I win! Oh, lucky! (BOTH GASP) BOTH: Whoa! That's lucky.
