[Spoken] Hello there Thanks for showing support for the upcoming in progress new Swans studio album By acquiring this special edition of the Swans live album entitled "We Rose from Your Bed with the Sun in Our Head" A few of the live songs you've just heard will appear on the upcoming studio album It's untitled yet In much different form, with different orchestration etcetera Obviously it will be different recordings of these songs made in a studio Some have already been recorded in Berlin by the time of this reading And those songs are: The Apostate; this one I'm really looking forward to working on, it's one of my favorite songs we've ever done And I'm wondering if I should get Lady Gaga to sing on it, but I don't know, might ruin it, who knows All I can say is the intro will have lots of electric dulcimer and guitars And I think it uh, be quite, uh, magisterial *sneers* The long intro to I Crawled, here on the live album, will appear again in a much different form as an intro to a song called "The Seer" on the studio album It's gonna be much different and less plotting, uh and it's going to build very gradually We might even use a version with additional instrumentals and maybe with a groove inserted of the intro to the song "No Words / No Thoughts", that appears here on the live album We might use that as an intro to the intro of "The Seer" It seems that as things are going, that song'll be about thirty minutes by the time it's done Also from this live album, we're going to use a new recording of the song "93 Avenue B. Blues" on the studio album It will act as an intro to the song "The Daughter Brings The Water", that's following later on this recording There's also a song we've been playing live called "Avatar" that will appear on the studio album It's not on this live album, and it won't appear anywhere except the studio album Except the three thousand versions that are on YouTube right now Now, these acoustic versions that follow, they are sketches for other new songs for the studio album And these acoustic recordings only appear on this here special edition of "We Rose from Your Bed..." etcetera In other words, they were made only for you, generous and conscientious one thousand supporters Only you should here these versions, forever, they are for you They are not intended for the general public Please, please, please, refrain from posting them on YouTube, or making them available for download anywhere, forever Please, they are for you, no one else, period They are rough sketches, they are not for public consumption They are for you I think I've made that clear
