The words of the text: "And Satan said unto Him 'If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.'" Subject: Christ conquered the devil. Uh, my friend, after Jesus was baptized, my friend, in Jordan, uh, my friend, why, uh, He was led up into the wilderness, my friеnd, to be tempted of thе devil. And, uh, my friend, why, after being 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness, my friend, why, He was hungry, my friend. Ah Lord! And my friend, why, Satan knew, my friend, that he was [?], my friend. Ah Lord! And my friend, why, Satan, my friend, came to Him, my friend. Ah Lord! Satan, my friend, that great deceiver. Ah Lord! Satan, that same Satan that deceived Adam and Eve, my friend, in the garden. Ah Lord! Satan, that same devil, my friend, that [?] in the house of God. Ah Lord!
