Ooh, if I could talk to Noah before Stick Season, I would probably say try to start a talking positively to yourself. I think a lot of negative self talk and a lot of criticism came out because of having some success and so if I knew I was about to have a moment of success, I would say, "Hey, try to be proud and try to be excited for yourself and to be kinder because you're not gonna believe that any of this has happening and you need to find a way to still love yourself more to get through all this.
