Lyrics

It's not real, I refuse to conceal, The beast will come for my throat, I don't want to know him, And it is scary, Why do I even try to fight, When I know I will be the death of myself, I can't compare to the likes of you, You are so much greater and better then I am, I cower in fear when you walk into the room, But I know you so well, And I know your every trick and move, And you the same, As I walk on the lines of a thin tightrope, I hate you, however, I still love you, You can never tell with us, I always hide because of my timid nature, But I have always dreamt of a life with you, Run, run away every single time, You always have your mind on someone else and I think about it, All the time, because in reality, We share one body, one roof, And it isn't a metaphor for anything, Because we are two separate people, Sharing a mind, Sharing a body.
