So Long (Live)

Lyrics
[Verse 1: Ryan Miller] First I heard all that you had to say That's when it all fell apart Might be hated, but I can't pretend I liked you better before [Chorus: Miller] So long, so long, front foot leads that back one Go on, and it won't be too soon I'm gone, I'm gone and on to the next one So long, and I won't be back soon [Verse 2: Miller] Yes I'm blue but from holding my breath Like I have from the start I'm the villain and I should confess I liked you better before [Chorus: Miller] So long, so long, front foot leads that back one Go on , and it won't be too soon I'm gone, I'm gone, bet you saw this one coming So long, and I won't be back soon [Bridge: Miller] It's hateful to say I see it this way Don't even know who you are In my defense, I'd do it again I don't need to know who you are [Chorus: Miller] So long, so long, front foot leads that back one Go on and it won't be too soon I'm gone, I'm gone and on to the next one Go on, cause I won't be back soon [Bridge: Miller] It's hateful to say I see it this way Don't even know who you are In my defense, I'd do it again I don't need to know who you are [Chorus: Miller] So long, so long, front foot leads the back one Go on and it won't be too soon I'm lost and gone and on to the next one I don't need to know who you are [Outro: Miller] I don't need to know who you are [End: Miller] Just wanna take a second, it's always sort of emotional when we come back to Boston and play the place where we started. I mean, it's crazy. When we all met each other we were skinnier, we had more hair and it was 1991 and I don't think any of us had any idea we would still be able to play music and we would still be able to do things and invite musicians and sell out shows and have people care about our band. It means so much to us if this album means something to you, if you feel ten percent about Lost and Gone Forever the way I do about a bunch of albums, it's the most humbling experience you could ever have, so thank you so much for supporting our band.
