Lyrics

First you got to boil water in a cave And  then you got to grab dinosaur tails and little children And  throw them in there And boil them for about an hour and a half So they get real tender And  then cook it for about three thousand years And  then take some twigs from some tree That fossilized in the middle of some rock With  some oregano And here we have the funky funky Primordial Soup! Where did I come from? And how did I get here? Where  did I come from? And how did I get here? Iguanas, can you stir it up? Life was an infection brought to us from outer space In the form of bacterial spores The bacterial spores were hearty enough to survive the journey Across billions and billions of light years Asexually-reproducing bacteria work As if they were tiny cassette-duplicating machines Throwing off a long string Where did I come from? And how did I get here? Where did I come from? And how did I get here? I finally got around to crawling out of the primordial soup! The animal then splits in two Creating two identical bacteria So what do you think of viral infections? Primordial soup!
