..... Dude 1 kicks the door open. He fires. The Boy's POV of a bullet flying Clean through Dude 2's forehead. Blood SPURTS out the back. The Boy whips His head to Dude 1, who is now pointing the gun at HIM The Boy leans his head back and shuts his eyes. Whatever happens, happens He breathes... For a moment it's peaceful. His life isn't really flashing Before his eyes though. What life? GUNSHOT The Boy winces, but nothing happens. He opens his eyes in time to watch Dude 1 Fall to the ground, shot from the back. He hits with a THUD Silence Suddenly, the sound of tires PEELING OUT He runs to the door to find Dude 3 and Dude 4 lying dead out front. Kind of unreal But he's more surprised about how unaffected he is about the whole situation He stops at Dude 1's body, retrieving his phone. He gets his wallet back from Dude 2. His phone has a 5 minute old message from FAM. It's a video Of an overweight woman getting kicked in the face by a horse with a laughing Emoji under it ...Goddamn horses.. The Boy doesn't laugh He walks to the little island in the infinity pool overlooking the mountains All of the clouds from before have cleared, and he can see the full mountain Including the peak. It actually looks sort of beautiful. He can't remember The last time he saw it like this He looks to the pool, stirring his finger in the water. The faint sound of Police sirens can be heard O.S He starts putting all his weight on his toes, leaning slowly but surely into the water SPLASH FADE OUT
